Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) was established in August 1972 by an Act of Parliament (Act 101/1973). The aim is to provide retirement and other benefits to members of the Armed Forces (compulsory contributors) and to enable officers and mobilised members of the volunteer forces in the service to participate in a saving scheme.
The fund managed by LTAT pays an annual dividend to its contributors. The table below is the historical dividend rate for LTAT since 1973.
