New 2011 Maximum Limit for Share Investment in Bank Persatuan


Effective from 1st January 2011, all existing and new members of Bank Persatuan are subjected to new maximum limit of share investment. The new maximum limit was approved during Board meeting on 28th December 2009. All previous year limits are no longer applicable.

Below are the details on the new limits.

Existing members

  • Individual members allow to invest additional RM2,000 on top of existing share.
  • Co-operative members allow to invest additional RM20,000 on top of existing share.

New members

  • Individual members allow to invest maximum of RM2,000.
  • Co-operative members allow to invest maximum of RM20,000 .

Maximum limit of shares investment are subjected to change from time to time as approved by the board. The limits in 2010 reduced because Bank Persatuan already achieved its target of 3oo million riggit in capital.
