Wegmans Holdings Berhad, a company involved in optical inspection and automated handling equipment is scheduled to be listed in ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on the 6th March 2018.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of 100 million new ordinary shares and 50 millions offer for sale of existing shares at an IPO price of RM0.29 per share. 110 million shares will be for institutional investors, private placement & selected investors, 25 million shares made available for Malaysia Public and 15 million shares made available to the eligible directors and employees.

QES Group Berhad IPO


QES Group Berhad, a company involved in optical inspection and automated handling equipment is scheduled to be listed in ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on the 8th March 2018.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of 151.66 million new ordinary shares and 75.83 millions offer for sale of existing shares at an IPO price of RM0.19 per share. 180.31 million shares will be for institutional investors, private placement & selected investors, 37.92 million shares made available for Malaysia Public and 9.27 million shares made available to the eligible directors and employees.

EPF Announced 6.9% and 6.4% Dividend for 2017

EPF

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) announced dividend rate of 6.90 percent conventional savings and 6.4% for shariah savings for the financial year ended 31st December 2017. The dividend are 1.20 percent higher and 0.7 percent higher for conventional and shariah saving respectively than the 5.70 percent dividend announced in 2016.

The total dividend payout stand at RM44.15 billion and RM3.98 billion for conventional and shariah saving respectively.  for conventional and shariah saving respectively

For the conventional saving, the 6.9% dividend was the highest rate announced since 1997.

ASB Unitholders Get Up to 8.25 sen Dividend & Bonus for 2017

Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) unitholders will receive a dividend of 7.0 sen, bonus 0.25 sen and PNB’s 40th Anniversary Special Bonus of 1.0 sen per unit for the financial year ending 31st December 2017. The special bonus is only for balances of up to 10,000 units. This brings a total of 8.25 sen distribution income for year 2017 for those who hold 10,000 units and below.

Without the Special Bonus, the dividend is similar to the figure declared in 2016.

Binasat Communications Berhad, a Telco services provider is scheduled to be listed in ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on the 8th January 2018.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of 86 million new ordinary shares and 40 millions offer for sale of existing shares at an IPO price of RM0.46 per share. 100 million shares will be for institutional investors, private placement & selected investors, 13 million shares made available for Malaysia Public and 13 million shares made available to the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of the group.
