Amanah Saham 1Malaysia was launch in conjunction with 100 days of Sixth Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Tun Razak in the Prime Minister office on 5th August 2009.  The Fund seeks to provide regular and consistent income stream whilst preserving the unitholders’ investment capital over a long term horizon through a diversified portfolio of investment.

AS1M is a equity income fund with fixed-price at RM1.00 per unit. The allocated fund size is 10 billion units an open to all Malaysian.

ASW2020

Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.4 sen per unit for the Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020 for the financial year ending 31st August, 2015.

The dividend is 0.2 sen lower when compare to the 6.6 sen dividend given in 2014. Kindly refer to “Historical ASW2020 Dividend Rate” for previous year dividend since the fund launched.

The dividend will involve a payout of RM1.14 billion. The figures is 2.2 percent higher than the payment of RM1.115 billion made in 2014.

The payout will benefit 883,422 unit holders who currently hold 17 billion units of ASW 2020.

ASB2Amanah Saham Bumiputera 2 (ASB2) unitholders will receive a maiden dividend of 7.75 sen per unit for the financial year ending 31st March 2015. The dividend comprised of 7.5 sen dividend and 0.25 sen of special dividend.

ASB2 was the best performing newly-launched unit trust fund in a one-year subscription period, compared to other fixed-priced products previously launched by ASNB.

ASM

Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.6 sen per unit for the Amanah Saham Malaysia for the financial year ending 31st March, 2015 which is similar to the amount declared in 2014.

Kindly refer to “Historical ASM Dividend Rate” for previous year dividend.

The dividend will involve a payout of RM1.01 billion. The figure is 6.8 percent higher than the payment of RM945.24 million made in 2014. Currently, there are 537,975 unit holders who currently hold 15.29 billion units of ASM.

Amanah Saham Nasional (ASN) fund was launched on the 20th of April 1981. ASN was PNB first fund & it is only eligible to Malaysian Bumiputera. The fund objective is to generate reasonable level of income distribution and capital appreciation to the Unitholders through a diversified portfolio of investments.

ASN is a growth equity fund. Initially, ASN was launched as a fixed-price fund with a unit price of RM1.00 but it was converted to market pricing in 1991. The allocated fund size is 2.5 billion units.

The table below is the historical dividend rate since the fund was launched in 1981. Bear in mind that the dividend from 1981 to 1990 was based on fixed unit price while from 1991 onwards, there are elements of capital appreciation or depreciation. This means that the actual returns may be higher or lower which reflect by its Net Assets Value (NAV)
