Public Bank launched its latest card product, the PB Day2Day Visa Card. The new PB Day2Day Card functions as a Visa Debit card and ATM Card. It is directly linked to the Public Bank Savings Account maintained by the cardholder. Customers can use the card for retail purchases, such as shopping, dining or entertainment at any establishment that accept Visa/Bankcard or MEPS locally or globally, or over the internet. There was a report that saying this card can be used to verify paypal account & also withdraw paypal fund.

Looking for extra cash? There are many ways to do so but this one is easy if you are a salary earner with good credit records. All you need to do is just apply for a credit cards. Yes you can get cash by applying for a Credit card. The amount maybe not much normally betwee range of RM30 to RM70 but during hard time such as now, its means something.
However this cash rewards only apply to new customer for the particular banks & the rebate will only be credited to newly approved credit card account.

Currently there are many banks in Malaysia are offering cash rebate credit cards. If I am still remember correctly, the first bank that offer this kind of benefit was Public Bank since I own their card way bank in 2001. They offering cash back option for their VISA cards but Mastercard user also able to convert their point rewards (VIP points) to cash back option. However as time goes by, now other banks are offering better cash rebate than Public Bank.
I will try to analyse all the banks that provide this kind of benefit on their credit cards. However, for this post I limit to the banks that provide cash rebate for permanent basis, on all transaction (except petrol) & no carry forward balance is required. Also I exclude RHB Business Platinum Credit Card as it not meant for end user.

There are a lot of discussion on which credit card & debit card can be used to verify & withdraw Malaysian Paypal account. I create this post to use as references on which cards works.
Just to clarify that all VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX cards are suitable for Paypal Verification but take note that Paypal only allow VISA cards for fund withdrawal. However, this is subject to issuing bank policy.
