Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) unitholders will receive a dividend of 6.50 sen and a bonus 0.50 sen per unit for the financial year ending 31st December 2018. This brings a total of 7.00 sen distribution income for year 2018.

This dividend is 0.5 sen lower when compare to 7.00 sen declared in 2017 while the bonus is 0.25 sen higher. The total dividend and bonus is the lowest since the fund launched in 1990.

Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.0 sen per unit for the Amanah Saham Wawasan 2020 for the financial year ending 31st August, 2018.

The dividend is the same figure declared 2017. Kindly refer to “Historical ASW2020 Dividend Rate” for previous year dividend since the fund launched.

The dividend will involve a payout of RM1.18 billion which will benefit by more than 870,000 unit holders who own 19.6 billion units of ASW 2020.

ASB2Amanah Saham Bumiputera 2 (ASB2) unitholders will receive a dividend of 7.05 sen per unit for the financial year ending 31st March 2018. The dividend is higher than 7.5 sen dividend dividend paid in 2017.

The dividend will involve a payout of RM562.9 million, which will benefit more than 348,000 unit holders who currently hold 9.4 billion units.

Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), announced a dividend of 6.25 sen per unit for the Amanah Saham Malaysia for the financial year ending 31st March, 2018 which is higher than 6 sen declared in 2018.

The dividend will involve a payout of RM1.1 billion, which will benefit more than 540,000 unit holders who currently hold 18.4 billion units.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of 125 million new ordinary shares and offer for sale of 37.5 millions existing shares at an IPO price of RM0.35 per share. 135 million shares will be for institutional investors, private placement & selected investors, 12.5 million shares made available for Malaysia Public and 15 million shares made available to the eligible directors and employees.
