The first bonus is, individual who make 1, 2 or 3 months Fixed Deposit will we reward with high interest rates & the second bonus is the higher interest rates will be maintain on the next renewal. To participate in this promotion individual must be make a Fixed Deposit with minimum of RM20,000.00 at any Maybank Branch nationwide or through Maybank2U internet banking via eFixed Deposit.
Below are some of the points that you have to take note if participating in this promotion.
- Campaign starts on 17th August 2009 and is valid for a limited period only.
- Customers are required to place a minimum placement amount of RM20,000 in a single receipt for 1, 2 or 3 months tenure only.
- Only new placement made from fresh funds during the campaign period shall be entitled to special rates
- Upon maturity, if the customer continues to stay with the Fixed Deposit, he/she shall be entitled to enjoy the same additional rates for the first renewal.
The special rates are
- 0.10% + Prevailing Board Rate for 1 month FD placement.
- 0.15% + Prevailing Board Rate for 2 months FD placement.
- 0.20% + Prevailing Board Rate for 3 months FD placement.
