From the above table, Maybank and Bank Islam are the biggest and smallest bank respectively, in terms of Assets Size and Market Capitalization. If the acquisition of EON Bank by Hong Leong Bank is successful, it will create a new forth largest bank overtaking RHB Bank and Ambank with assets size of RM121.4 billion.
