EITA Resources Bhd, an elevator manufacturer and distributor of electrical and electronics components and equipment is scheduled to be listed in Main Market on 9th April 2012.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of public issues of 23 million new ordinary shares and 17 million shares for sale at an IPO price of RM0.76 per share at RM0.50 par value.
Out of 23 million shares, 13 million shares are for private placement to selected investors, 6.5 million shares for application by Malaysian public and the remaining 3.5 million shares are made available to directors, employees and business associates of EITA Resources Berhad.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of 96.4 million ordinary shares at an IPO price of RM1.25 per share at RM1.00 par value.
Out of 96.4 million shares, 48.4 million shares will be allocated for private placement, 10 million for the Malaysian public, and five million for eligible directors, employees and business associates of the group.

APFT’s IPO consists of public issue of 22.0 million ordinary shares and offer for sale of 17.3 million shares at an IPO price of RM0.50 per share with RM0.20 par value.
The proceeds from the IPO exercise will be used to repay bank borrowings, as well as for working capital and the expansion of its training facility.
15 million shares will be allocated for the Malaysian public and 7 million shares for eligible employees and person who contributed to the group. Offer for sale shares are to be issued to identified investor.

Berjaya Food Bhd, the operator of Kenny Rogers Roasters restaurants in Malaysia , is schedule to be listed in Main Market on 8th March 2011.
Berjaya Food’s IPO consists offer for sale of 35.6 million ordinary shares at an IPO price of RM0.51 per share with RM0.50 par value.
7 million shares will be allocated for the Malaysian and Bumiputera public, 9.7 million shares for private placement, 14.1 million shares for eligible Bumiputera investors approved by MITI and 4.9 million shares for eligible directors, employees and business associates of the group.
The IPO will raise in RM72.1 million in proceeds. The proceeds would accrue entirely to the offeror, Berjaya Group Bhd.
