After more than two years of waiting, finally Maybank enable online transaction for their VISA Debit Card or sometimes known as Cherry Debit Card. This feature is very much waiting from many of the card users especially the younger generation where they want to use it to buy stuff from the internet and more importantly to withdraw money from their paypal account.
Prior to utilising this feature, Maybank VISA Debit Card user have to enroll in Maybankard Secure Online Shopping (MSOS) programme through Maybank2u.com.
Maybankard Secure Online Shopping (MSOS) is an additional authentication protocol developed for safer online transactions when using your MasterCard and Visa Card. The programme is known as ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’.
Three easy steps to register your Maybankard Visa Debit for online purchase:
Step 1 :
Login to Maybank2u.com and select Maybankard Secure Online Shopping Registration.
Select “Utilities” function.
Step 2 :
Complete the enrolment process by entering the following information :
- Card Number
- MSOS Password
- Confirm MSOS Password
- PAM (Personal Assurance Message)
- Expiry Date
- CVV Number
- Hint Question
- Hint Answer
Step 3 :
Successful registration notification message will appear once registration is successful and complete.
After you complete the registration, you should be able to do online transaction including PayPal fund withdrawal.

where is the CVV number located..?
is it the 3 digit no at the back of the card or
the small 4 digit no at the front..?
It is the 3 digits that printed back of your card.

If you follow the procedure properly and still getting the same error, I suggest you to call Maybank customer services.

i call them yesterday they say the registration is down.. will come back around evening..
but til now still cannot

How I can register MSOS now? I can’t see the MSOS is available under ‘Utilities’ now. PLease help…
