iDimension Consolidated Berhad, a provider of manufacturing software solutions is scheduled to be listed in ACE Market on 11th November 2011.
The IPO consists of public issue of 38.2 million ordinary shares at an IPO price of RM0.38 per share with RM0.10 par value. Out of this, 5 million shares are allocated to Malaysian public, 28 millions for private placement to identified investors and 5.32 millions are for employees and business associates.
iDimension expect to raise RM14.5 million from its initial public offering (IPO). Of these, 34.42% will be used for expansion in key markets, 30.97% for research and development, 5.69% for working capital and 14.46% as capital expenditure. The remaining 14.46% are for listing expenses.
iDimension Consolidated Berhad was incorporated in 2001 as iSystems and received MSC status company in 2005. It is known for their APS solutions (iPass) which are targeted at semiconductor manufacturers. More information regarding the company can be found in iDimension webpage.
