Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB) announced dividend of 6.50 sen per unit for Amanah Saham Didik (ASD) for the financial year ending 30th June 2011. The payout for 2010 was 6.35 sen per unit. Browse “Historical Amanah Saham Didik (ASD) Dividend Rate” for previous dividend rate since 2001.
The dividend would involve a total payment of RM256.73 million, an increase of 25.19 per cent compare to last year. It will benefit a total of 344,655 unitholders who collectively owned 3.99 billion units of the ASD.
As of 9th June 2011, ASD has recorded a gross income of RM332.94 million. Profit from the sale of shares contributed RM180.23 million or 54.13 per cent and dividend income from investee companies contributed RM113.63 million or 34.13 per cent.

ASB pay 8.75% in dividend and bonus for financial end 2010. This comprise of 7.5 sen dividend and 1.25 sen bonus. In the same period, a total of 7.0 million peoples subscribe to ASB with total fund size of more than RM82.7 billion. At this size, ASB is the biggest funds that manage by ASNB.
In summary, ASB invest 80% of the total funds size in Malaysia Stock Market. The remaining is in cash or other income instrument.

Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB), announced higher dividend rates for all the three funds under Amanah Saham Gemilang (ASG), ASG-Pendidikan, ASG-Kesihatan and ASG-Persaraan for the financial year ended 31st March 2011.
Unitholders of ASG-Pendidikan will receive an income distribution of 5.60 sen per unit, ASG-Kesihatan will receive 6.10 sen per unit, and ASG-Persaraan will receive 5.10 sen per unit. Kindly refer to “Historical ASG Dividend Rate” for previous years dividend.

On 17th March 2010, Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB) announced 6.38 sen dividend per unit of Amanah Saham Malaysia (ASM) for the financial year ended 31st March 2011. It was 0.08 sen higher than 2010 dividend. The highest dividend given was 7.8 sen in 2001. Refer to “Historical ASM Dividend Rate” page for previous year dividend.
ASM had a capacity to distribute 7.7 sen per unit but the board of directors decided to give the only 6.38 sen per unit. The balance will be carried forward to next year.

For financial end of 31st August 2010, ASW 2020 declared 6.35 sen dividend to the unitholders. In the same period, 892,670 peoples subscribe to ASW 2020 up from 872,599 in 2009. The total fund size was RM13.1 billion up from RM11 billion in 2009. At the time of writing, ASW 2020 is fully subscribed with total fund size of RM14 billion.
In summary, ASW 2020 invest 64.85 percent of the total funds size in Malaysia Stock Market up from 59.71 percent in 2009. The remaining was invested in money market and others.
