AirAsia X Bhd, a long-haul low-cost airline is scheduled to be listed in Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 10th July 2013.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of institutional offering of up to 538 million shares and retail offering of 252 million shares. Out of 252 million shares made available for retail offering, 150 million shares are for Malaysian Public at RM1.45 per share.
The institutional price will be determined by way of book building while for the retail application, RM1.45 is payable upon application. If the final retail price is lower, the difference will be refunded.

If you are using PayPal, I believe you should receive an e-mail from Paypal saying that they will terminate personal payment service in Malaysia starting 4th June 2013.
This is not a good new for those who are using PayPal to transfer personal funds to your friends and relatives inside or outside Malaysia, but I wonder how many people did this. However, the good new is, you still can receive personal payment from outside Malaysia.
PayPal stated that they decided to terminate personal payments in Malaysia as part of their business strategy to focus on commercial transactions, but I believe the reason is to stop people from selling PayPal funds.

Leon Fuat Berhad Initial Public Offering (IPO) received an overwhelming response with its public portion of 15.5 million shares. It was oversubscribed by 23.32 times. The IPO attract 14,132 applications or 377 million shares.
Pursuant, to the terms of the prospectus, 5.35 million shares initially reserved for application by Bumiputera Investors were made available to the Bumiputera public.
