Bank Islam recently launched a new debit card called “Bank Islam Visa Debit Card-i”. It is a multi functional card that combines the features of ATM a Visa card.
One of the main benefit of this card is, on every retail purchases made using Visa Debit Card-i, card members will enjoy 0.5 percent cash rebate.
The new Visa Debit Card-i will also allow card members to conduct transactions such as bill payments, dining, charitable contributions, online shopping, petrol purchases, Pilgrimage Fund Board’s (Tabung Haji) transactions or ticket bookings.

Maybankard 2 Cards offers two credits cards together to a card members with one signup. They will issued an American Express and a MasterCard credit card together and have a choice of Gold and Platinum.

In conjunction with its 50th anniversary, Maybank as a licence holders of AMEX cards in Malaysia, is having a campaign where AMXE card holders will enjoy 15% cash back at all American Express Card accepting merchants in the selected malls. However, supermarkets/hypermarkets, hotels & their F&B outlets located in selected malls are excluded.
This promotion is similar 15% cash back campaign by American Express last year. The promotion is valid until 28 February 2011. Standard Chartered Preferred Banking is a banking facility targeted to mass affluent market. Mass affluent refer to those with monthly income of more than RM6,000 or those with investible assets between RM72,000 and RM250,000. Currently, there are roughly two million mass affluent Malaysians.

OCBC is upgrading their existing titanium credit card to offer an excellent cash rebate on all transaction made. The highest cash rebate is 5% based on spending made on petrol, grocery, bills and dining. On other transaction, they offering 1% rebate.
On top of cash rebate, they also offer sign-up offers such as 0% interest, 0% balance transfer and no annual fee for first year. For subsequent years annual fees will be waive with 12 times transaction on previous year.
OCBC also may pay your annual RM50 government service tax is you spend more than RM10,000 per year.
