Program Perumahan 1Malaysia or 1Malaysia Housing Programme (PR1MA), was launched on 4th July 2011. The programme aim to assist the middle income group buying a property.
In the first phase of the programme, more than 43,000 houses will be build on 20 strategic sites in Klang Valley, Rawang and Seremban. The development will taking more than 2,000 acre in land area. The project will start in between quarter 3 (Q3) 2011 and 2018.

What is the way to purchase the properties listed above? And can we buy now?
beuty, only the first on the table was launched. Why not visiting project site to find out.
Have is the schedule for the launches? If they roll the projects out too slow then inflation will bring the cost of the property higher and give little benefits to the low income buyers.
Hope things can go a little bit faster here, especially with the gloomy economy outlook.

Mal, the only project that launched for the time being is at Putrajaya. To buy, better go to their site office

HONG, registration is not yet opened for other location except for Presint 11, which was close.
