Malaysia GST Training (FREE Webinar)


GSTRecently, the Malay Mail Online published on their website about a just-released public opinion survey carried out this month by independent pollster Merdeka Center, 55 per cent of the 1,005 respondents said that they did not understand how the GST worked. Out of the total, 20 per cent of Malaysians said they know nothing about the GST, while 35 per cent said they do not know very much.

ASB Unitholders Get 8.70 sen Dividend & Bonus for 2013

Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) unitholders will receive a dividend of 7.70 sen and a bonus 1.0 sen per unit for the financial year ending 31st December 2013. This brings a total of 8.70 sen distribution income for year 2013.

This dividend and bonus are 0.05 sen and 0.15 sen lower compared to 7.75 sen and 1.15 declared in 2012 respectively.

Kanger International IPO Oversubscribed by 60.57 times

Kanger International

Kanger International Berhad Initial Public Offering (IPO) received an overwhelming response with its public portion of 11 million shares. It was oversubscribed by 60.57 times. The IPO attract 11,529 applications or 677.3 million shares.

Notices of Allotment will be dispatched by post to all successful applicants on or before 20th December 2013. Kanger International is expected to be listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on 23rd December 2013 under stock name “KANGER”.
