Perak Transit Berhad, a public transportation services provider is scheduled to be listed in ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on the 6th October 2016.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of 245 million new ordinary shares at an IPO price of RM0.15 per share at RM0.10 par value. 187 million shares will be for private placement & selected investors and the remaining 58 million shares made available for Malaysian Public.
HSS Engineers Berhad Initial Public Offering (IPO) received an overwhelming response with its public portion of 15.95 million shares. It was oversubscribed by 21.71 times. The IPO attract 8,737 applications for 362.3 million shares.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) consists of 24 million new ordinary shares and offer for sale of 16 millions existing shares at an IPO price of RM0.75 per share at RM0.40 par value. 30 million shares will be for private placement & selected investors, 7.5 million shares to the Malaysian public and the remaining 2.5 million shares made available for eligible directors, employees and person who have contributed to the success of Dancomech Holdings Group.
